NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
MGL Partners is proposing to demolish the existing apartment buildings, vacate the alley and construct an independent-living community with approximately 100 units and underground parking
on the south side of East 11th Avenue, between Gaylord and Vine Streets
Many neighbors met on December 6 to discuss this proposal with the developer and architect. We will have another discussion where we can review any new ideas for the project, ask questions and express ideas and opinions:
