Franciscan Park II Homeowners Association

Franciscan Park II consists of 45 townhomes built in 1976. We have a variety of floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom with a loft, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units.

One of the distinguishing characteristics of our complex is the "woodsy" atmosphere created by the abundance of trees and shrubs throughout the common grounds. Our grounds are beautifully maintained by Tajo Landscaping.

We have a lovely swimming pool and deck located in the center of the complex to be enjoyed by all residents and their guests. The pool was completely refurbished in 2007 and is maintained by Duane's Pool Service. In March of 2013, we purchased new pool furniture and umbrellas for the deck area.
