Helping People Thru Random Acts

MISSION STATEMENT:
We are dedicated to trying to H.E.L.P. all peoples here in the United States FIRST.

This foundation was formed because the Founder believes ''Charity Begins At Home''. We understand the need to help the rest of the world; but there are just as many sick, hungry and homeless here in the United States that go over looked everyday. It is time we cleaned up our own home and yard before we tell our neighbors what to do in their yard.

There is NO guarantee that we can help you and or your family. The only guarantee is we will do our best and ask as many people as we have to. The local media in your area may be contacted at some point to aide us in filling your needs. Media attention can bring donations from sponsors we never thought to ask. At some point in the near future I hope to have funding to help right from this Foundation.

This foundation is based on faith. At this time, All we do is make the connection between the person with the need and the donor. Everyone at some point in their life needs a hand up. They face a time of need that they have never been in before and don't know where to turn. Let this foundation be your guiding light.

Note From The Founder

Keep in mind while filling out this application your story does not have to be a ''tear-jeeker'' or a better story then someone else to get help. All requests will be treated the same as the next person, as an equal.

Money requests for actual cash in your out - stretched hand is not the way you or your family will be helped by this Foundation at this time, we just don't have it that way. Hopefully in the future we will be able to help in many ways. So, If you were looking for cash, we are not able to help that way. If your need is a problem concerning anything that cash would cure, we or others thru us will attempt to have that bill paid for you or your family.

Example::: Your mortgage is behind for 6 months and they want to foreclose.

Well, why? Lots of details, but we would work with you and the bank and we will find someone to help. It may take awhile. What or how long is awhile? I don?’t know. I do know it is NOT a few hours or two or three days. So if things are that bad, wow I am really there with you, but we can only work so fast. So we will work as quickly as we can, and walk in faith that things will work.

Help, how do I get people to help? I really don?’t know. I just ask. I ask Churches, Business, City Officials, anyone I can think of, depending on the information I get from you. Even the tiniest piece of information can get another person that will jointly help you.

Why do they help a total stranger? Again, I really don?’t know. I just ask. I think everyone has it in them to help people in need, they just don?’t know how. Or, nobody ever asked them or showed them how. I just trust that this is why you or your family contacted us, and in Faith the need will be taken care of.

I also believe that once this ''Random Act of Kindness'' has been given to you, the joy you feel will lead you to join this foundation. Maybe someday you can be the one giving a ''Act of Kindness'' to a Total Stranger.

Remember everyday takes care of its self.

Random Acts Already Done

A young woman with 3 young boys wrote to me and told me she needed beds for her boys because they were sleeping on the floor. She said she was sleeping on her living room couch, but all she wanted was beds for her boys.

After checking out that she was working but she was just making enough to pay rent and utilities.

I fired up my trusty laptop and pulled up her town directory and started to call little mom and pop private owned furniture stores. I told them of this mom with boys that had no beds that were sleeping on the floor and could they donate bunk beds. I told them that I would contact the the local news and tell them of their ''Good Deed'' in exchange for what they were doing if they wanted me to. They turned me down. Actually out of all the donors that I've called only 3 took the praise of the newspaper. But i did call the news for everyone that donated. It's just the right thing, It's a great thing they are doing.

It only took three calls. I got a nice older man and he said he would be glad to help and I gave him her phone number and name and phone number. My job was done, it was now in Gods hands.

Two weeks later I got this phone call from a female who was crying on the other end. Once I calmed her down, I found out this was the woman with the young woman with the young boys. She wasn?’t unhappy they were tears of joy. The man from the furniture store had just left her home.

Not only had he brought her beds for all three boys, but she got a bed and all new living room furniture, new kitchen table and chairs, he had brought he food and towels and sheets for all the beds and gave her a check for her rent for one month.

Now I am not saying this will happen for everyone, and it doesn?’t; some people get more some people get just what they need.

But, I trust in God with everyone that contacts me. I never know until I try.
