Heritage Valley is a unique residential community located on the southwest side of Valparaiso in unincorporated Center Township.
The community consists of condominiums, patio homes, and single family homes.
Within Heritage Valley, residents have access to walking paths, a lake for fishing, a baseball diamond, and a picnic shelter.
In addition to condominiums and patio homes, Heritage Valley consists of 270 single family homes situated on 31 cul de sacs. The unique names of the streets and courts in the neighborhood are derived from parks, rivers and other geographic areas in the state of Indiana such as the Muscatatuck River and Beanblossom Creek.
