Heritage Valley is a unique residential community located on the southwest side of Valparaiso in unincorporated Center Township, Porter County. The community consists of condominiums, patio homes, and 270 single family homes. Within Heritage Valley, residents have access to walking paths, a lake for fishing, a baseball diamond, and a picnic shelter.

Heritage Valley beautification
Many thanks to our neighbor Mrs Hall for planting the beautiful spring flowers at the entrances to the subdivision. The flowers are beautiful and make our neighborhood look great!
