Hunters Chase Maintenance Association

Complaint System

Posted in: Hunters Chase Maintenance

03/12/08:

As your newly elected Board of Directors, we are working hard to improve our Association.  There are a lot of issues that we are now working on that may take some time to fully resolve.  One of our biggest priorities is to hear your complaints, suggestions, and feedback.  Please be patient as we continually improve this web site and communication channels between you and the Board of Directors.  We will be meeting with ProComm on 20 March 2008 to discuss the current complaint system.

We welcome you to post any comments or complaints you may have on this page; but please ensure you continue to file any official complaints through ProComm until we have devised a better system.  Thanks.

Board of Directors - Effective February 28, 2008

Vangie Velez - President

Leonard Minnala - Vice President

Duane Cruz - Treasurer/Secretary

One good place to start is to actually enforce the deed restrictions so our community looks like people actually care about their properties. Unfortunately we have an over abundance of rental properties where no one is held responsible. Not the owners, not the renter and not the property management company. People pay dues and get no action!

We, the BoD, completely agree with you!  As new Board of Directors, we are intent on improving and managing our Association to the best of our abilities.  We have already began to work important issues, one of which you have accurately described-deed restrictions and lack of responsibility by renters, owners, and property management.  The BoD does not intent to be on yours or any other homeowner's list of irresponsible party.  Since the new BoD took office on February 28, 2008, we have held weekly planning sessions to discuss problems, priorities, solutions, and concerns.  In an effort to keep our community aware of what is going on, we are posting a list of topics discussed in a newly created link (News letters and Board of Directors Update) on the main page of our web site.  You will find that we have already discussed your (ours as well) concern and that we have placed that on our agenda for our first meeting with ProComm on March 20, 2008.  We have many issues that we believe need immediate attention...we are working hard to get them resolved.

We appreciate your posting and look forward to making some positive changes for our neighborhood.  Please get the word out to your neighbors that they can also find up-to-date information on our web site and that we are in the process of making changes.  We are always open for suggestions, complaints, and support through upcoming community committees.

Thanks,

Board of Directors
