noise ordinance

Of course Jeff seconded withdraw of pursuing a noise ordinance. The lack of such an ordinance eliminates the need for him to be a responsible pet owner. His dog is an incessant barker.

Why not? When other dogs are in the house a dog can only bark for attention, or maybe to let everyone know it protects the entire neighborhood. This barking is continual and is WAY more than annoying.
