About our Association

The Lumberman III Neighborhood Association is a voluntary group whose members share the following goals:

1.) Encouraging a sense of community through working with others for neighborhood improvement.


2.) Providing a forum for the discussion of issues which affect the neighborhood.


3.) Working with governmental and voluntary entities to improve safety and security in the neighborhood.


4.)Enhancing and maintaining the beauty and livability of the neighborhood.

We, the staff, view the needs of our area, go out and bring in informational speakers so yon can get your
answers first hand. Membership gives you the opportunity to voice and vote on decisions affecting your
neighborhood. Anyone living in this area can become a member, tenants or owners. It's a great time to join! 'Membership dues are $ 12.00 per household, annually.
