GRANITE and PLANTS - 3 entrances

Grass Needs Up keep

We like the grass and would think if they can trim the retention area that they can neatly trim the entrances.

We have made alot of landscaping changes from grass to desert landscape and it is nice to see some grass growing neatly around the neighbor hood.

Besides if we make the city edge or clean-up the corner that leads to our community, what about the yards in our community?

I support the idea of implementing the low cost and better look of Granite and Low maintenace plants. Not only does it give our Community a "face lift" but also gives us the New look. Just drive around the City and check out how all the communities use Granite and Desert plants to compliment their neighborhood.
Check out how Our neighbors to the NorthWest of us (Dobson Ranch) is stuccoing the perimeter walls for a "newer look". But it is costing every homeowner there- $23/month for that "face lift"
Let's join together and appreciate our area and not have overgrown grass- peeling paint from the sprinklers on the exterior walls and no more "DEAD" grass look during the Winter months!
I am all for it!!

Granite and Plants

This is a win-win situation. The city (also known as we, the taxpayers)saves money in water and the high cost of maintenance (even if substandard), and we have a clean, fresh look, which also protects the newly painted walls from deterioation due to continual watering from the sprinklers. Count us in favor.
