The Meadows Of Sonterra Neighbors

HOA fines

Posted in: Promontory Pointe

I quess you missed the box that all adults had to check if you were over 13yrs old.  Based off of your childish rude remark to a simple polite question, just proves  even more as to what kind of neighbors/ correction people who live in Promontory Pointe.  Let me save you the response " that maybe I should move".  Listen carefuly.... My family nor myself will be moving anytime soon.  We've come to the unserstanding that we live amongst a bunch of JERKS or people of have the God complex.

We need to focus more of this wasted time to overall neighborhood safty.  Since Promontory Pointe is trying to live up to that "Premiere" neighborhood status we should adpot a policy from Alamo Heights that forbid parking on the curbs.  Basically if you have a drive way then park in it.

I would be glad to stop by your home and see what the problem is with you getting letters from the HOA, yes it is necessary to have the rules within our community, if not people would do what ever they choose.  The problem with the rules is that people donot respect them and the HOA needs to get tough on the ones that are not obeying the rules.  The bylaws are for your own protection, if we all obey the rules there would not be a problem.  It is like you have to obey the street signs if not,  you can get a ticket, same thing.

The problem is people DONOT understand the structure of BYLAWS and they think it is confusing but it is not

Julie,

You don't tell people that when there is a violation how long it takes for something to be maybe resolved:

1. the violation occurs, how long has it been in this state?  one or two weeks already

2.  first letter goes out takes at least a week

3. you wait a couple of more weeks for a reply

4. management group does there thing twice a month, big deal, they come out during the day only, the sub operates 24/7

5. the violation gets corrected?  maybe

THIS COULD TAKE MAYBE SIX WEEKS OR MORE  FOR SOMETHING TO GET RESOLVED AND THEN GUESS WHAT,  TWO OR THREE WEEKS AFTER THAT THE VIOLATION OCCURS AGAIN AND WE START ALL OVER AGAIN

SEND OUT A COURTESY LETTER ONCE, KEEP IT ON RECORD FOR SIX MONTHS NO SAME VIOLATION IT IS THEN TAKEN OFF THE BOOKS, IF NOT AND THE VIOLATION OCCURS AGAIN WITHIN SIX MONTHS A FINE IS IMPOSED

AMEN
