My sister lives at 11202 tanoan, san antonio tx. She is in an HOA which is currently harrassing her. She is disabled and has a pod in front of her house because she is packing to relocate. She is physically and emotionally unable to do the packing herself and is relying on help from friends to get her packed. The HOA has sent her a threatening letter that the pod must be removed as it is unsightly. How can she pack to move if she cannot have the pod at her home to load up her things. It will not be and cannot be a fast process in her case. \She is disabled -- what is wrong with this association. They should be ashamed.
If there is any intervention you could do, I would greatly appreciate it. I will let you know that I have written this story to the local news organizations.
