On the West: by Cross Timbers Park, a heavily treed, natural park with ponds, walkways, and children's play areas.

The next property to the west is Ryan Ranch, one of the area subdivisions.

On the South : by Hickory Creek Road

On the East: by an access road to the property that borders The Oaks of Montecito on the north.

The next property to the east, is Chaucer Estates, another area subdivision.

On the North: by a large piece of property belonging to Endeavor Energy-this property was previously owned by Acme Brick.
