It certainly is not a rumor that the Monnebrake family is going to profit tremendously off of development. At lest, however, they are not acting surreptiously. Nor is it a rumor that former Mayor Lee Grey worked for Homewood after leaving office.You might ask why Lee Grey funnelled Republican Club money to Randy Hughes, a democrat , in the last election. You might also check out the list of contributors to each of the campaigns and figure out who recieved monies form developers and firms doing business withthe City.
