Is anyone going to do anything about all the black spray paint that is on the inside of the community wall at Oxford Way and Castlegate? This is an empty parcel and an obvious hangout for unsupervised kids...Of course its pitch black so that doesn't help.

I have emailed Kachina numerous times over the past 3 weeks and still NOTHING. Its not gang tagging..looks more like ignorant teenagers with nothing better to do.
