Seems odd that a Kenyan newspaper would take pride in a natural born native Kenyan's success in one month and downgrade him to just of Kenyan descent in the next.   And please don't tell me that in 2004, before Obama was elected to the senate, someone had the forsight and enough influence to force a Kenyan newspaper to donwgrade him from native Kenyan to, of Kenyan descent.

I have no idea when his mother went to Kenya, but she was only 18 when he was born. In order for him to have been a citizen at birth (IF he was born outside the country), she had to have resided in the US for 5 years after the age of 16.

Will the handcuffing be mandatory or discretionary, by the federal marshalls?  I haven't determined for certain which, yet.

Is this a new rule?   What is its purpose?
