I was able to contact one of the past president of the HOA. Here is what I found out.
1. Website posting:
The lack of replies for the HOA on concerns that have been posted on this forum is due to the fact that the HOA did NOT create this site and does not monitor it. A resident signed us up and Neighborhood link created the site. The same person was the one posting the Chase Report to it. My guess is that this person no longer lives in RC. I am going to try and take ownership of the site. I see that there is a link to become the admin of the site. So I will do that so I can add items as they come available.
2. Chase report
the reason there has not been any updates to the Chase Report is because no one took it over. From my understanding the two people that did the Chase Report asked for help for over a year. No one volunteer and it was dropped.
3. Meeting
There is an annual meeting in early November of every year. This is were we as residents can submit our concerns to the board and vote on new board members. We will be getting a letter about this meeting in the mail, (not sure when though). From what I was told, very few people go to the meeting. I for one will be there and would encourage any one reading this to be there as well. This is our chase to not only voice our concerns, but also to get involved with what is going on.
4. Contacting the HOA.
There is an e-mail (riversidechaseHOA@hotmail.com) , but I do not recommend e-mailing to it. Not sure if anyone is even looking at it. The phone number you can call and leave a message is 877-5993. When you call, make sure to tell them why you are call, your address and the phone number you can be reached out. This will get you a faster reply.
Or if you post something on this site, I will try to find the answer and reply as quickly as I can. I check this site for updates 2-3 times a day.
