Welcome to the South End Community Organization (SECO)! My name is Warrine Robinson. SECO is a neighborhood group in the South End community that is sponsored by Arkansas Community Organizations. Our office is located at 2101 S. Main Street, Little Rock, AR 72206. SECO is preparing to launch a 4-H Club in the community for children ages 5 through 19.
