The South Country Estates HOA is an organization of residents within our neighborhood with a "general" common goal to serve the needs of neighborhood by attending city council meetings when required to lobby for its needs, organizing events to provide entertainment, encourage neighbors to meet each other and providing news letters to keep residents informed about what is going on. It also provides the residents some contact points via the board of officers to present ideas, solutions, questions and comments which can help to improve the quality of living in our neighborhood.
The HOA funds its activites and costs by encouraging residents to join with a voluntary $25 membership fee. These funds are used to pay for the events, newsletter printing and other sub-organizations hosted by the HOA members. Newsletters give details on how the money is spent and upcoming activities and news.
Dues are generally taken anually in Aug-Sept-Oct about the same time new HOA officers are elected. Payments can be made at anytime if you have forgotten and wish to join.
