About our association

Welcome

South Fondren Place home owners association is committed to serve your needs and to zealously protect the quality of life in South Fondren Place. With your help the association can overcome some of the burdens of enforcing deed restrictions and combating crime in our area. Your continued support is essential to the overall success of the community. This year, our focus for the year is simple and clear:

1. Improve lighting.
2. Protect our quality of life in South Fondren
Place by working with you and the police to
combat crime.
3. Continue to assist you with specific homeowner
issues.
4. Develop a proactive coalition that bolsters
our membership base and automates our
communications processes (we need your email
addresses!) so that we may all work together
to improve our community.
5. Improve the roadways-sidewalks as needed.
6. Improve the grounds-landscaping.
7. Enforce Deed Restrictions.
8. Bring all delinquent assessment fees current.

We trust that focusing on these key issues, we can make an impact on your behalf in the coming year.
