The defined boundaries for SMILE -- The Sellwood-Westmoreland neighborhood association -- are between the Willamette River and McLoughlin Boulevard, ending at the south end with the Clackamas County line (but including the Garthwick community south of Ochoco Street and west of 17th Avenue, which is in Clackamas County).

The monthly SMILE General Public Meeting is on the first Wednesday evening of each month, 7:30-9 pm, at SMILE Station, S.E. 13th at Tenino, a block south of Tacoma, in Sellwood.  The monthly Board meeting is on the third Wednesday evening of each month, at the same location. You're invited to attend both!  You are also very welcome to attend (and/or participate in) the various SMILE Committees!
