This Association was formed officially by me on Oct. 12, 1998 for the sole purpose of knitting neighbors together in an effort to improve our neighborhood and the lives of those who reside in it. Secondly, the individuals in this Association can, by working together, become a constructive force to bring about improvements and security in our neighborhood. Although I have taken the responsibility to initiate this Web page and some of the activities associated with it, the Association belongs to each an every resident of the designated area. Hopefully, once launched, we can enlarge our community to embrace others. I look forward to the active participation of each resident in our Association, regardless of age. Happy surffing!
