As for you Mr President..I am proud to see you taking our concerns to heart! I am glad you think this is a LOL moment..real mature!

The POA has not been served or notified in any manner by the city of anything.  Whom ever you may be speaking to is either speaking from a misunderstood interpretation of the issues or is deliberately misleading.  Since there is no proof to this offered by either side, may I suggest that the city provide the proof.  How can the POA offer proof of something that does not exist?  This would seem the logical approach.

I take all logical and rationally expressed concerns to heart.  I am finding most residents that are posting in here, instead of reasonably asking what the situation is, are simply blowing thier tops.  Threatening to not pay, hire an attorney, abolish the POA.  No productive suggestions are forthcoming.  This is not a laughing matter however, when all you can do is laugh at the ludicrous posts that is what you do.  It has become apparent that people are more interested in complaining instead of requesting answers, explinations, etc.  Did you attend the previous POA meeting?  What have you done to try to better the POA other than post blistering comments online?

I believe if you go to my previous 1st message I did ask and you simply laughed, Answer them and maybe you might get the respect that you deserve? Instead of telling us there are legal fees, and not explaining yourself. Explain why we cant cut off a phone we do not use? or if we are paying for other subdivisions that are not in our area? Most residents are concerned where the 100.00 then to the 150.00 now 258 is going? We want a simple explanation? Can you provide this?
