you are going to be pretty much going door to door, why wouldnt you post it for everyone in the subdivision so you can clear the title here.  I think you will have the turn out you are wanting in the meeting  for sure. Thats funny you said that they were brought up at the meeting last time but nobody seems to remember horrible legal issues that have to take a priority, nor do they remember getting financial documents each month again that were promised well over a year ago to show what we are paying a month.

Would you be able to send these receipts to me on my email address? I'm sure you could upload them on here where everyone could see the nature of the beast and what we are looking at legal wise? Why don't you set everything straight? How many people are on the board? and how many people will be there tomorrow night? How many people does it take to make a "rule" in the subdivision and where to the actual "members" come into place or are we on the backend needing to pretend that we have no say so in it? This isn't the end of the people that are posting on here, I assure you that. We have lived in this subdvision and don't plan on sitting here without proper documentation, and no your one piece of paper of approved budget isnt going to cut it, for us to accept it. Trust me we will be talking..

The HomeOwners never get the answers they have inquired about, the president now and the past president only tell them what they want them to hear....  The POA should have been done away with the first year when all the issues were brought to the surface. But no they had to continue to get worse and now look at where we are.  More foreclosed homes, more rental homes and the homeowners that want to stay in the community are stuck with someone always butting in where they are not wanted.
