A few corrections here

I feel compelled to reply to some of your statements.
Firstly. the board (especially myself) resigned because Yourself, Jeff and Chris stood there at the table and literally screamed at those of of that were there that if we (the board) did not resign, that you three personally would go out with a petition to have the entire board removed. If you recall, at that point, I resigned and left the meeting with you standing there. I have not been back and will not be back to another meeting.
As for financial ''oversight''.. you are grossly wrong on this issue as well. Had you been to the prior month's meeting, you would have seen the presentation given by treasurer and seen the handouts given - which by the way.. are the exact duplicate of what Dale Schuler said in his later flyer. I myself spent an entire day at the management office going over the prior 2 years of finacials and bills - so don't ever say that the old board ever did anything financially irresponsible because you are dead wrong on that point.
As for the gate damages, I don't understand how you can say that it is related to oversights of how the community has been run. I have been here almost 2 years, and the gate has been broken at least 15 times in that period (even BEFORE I ever got on the board). Plain and simple.. it's vandalism either by residents or by visitors - NOT a reflection on any board current or previous. You should be ashamed of yourself in that statement.. If that is the case.. why was the gate broken immediately after you became president?? Using YOUR logic.. should we say it's YOUR fault the gate is yet again broke? You need to think before you put your words in print.
As for the truth.. it always comes out, Cary - yours and everyone elses. I wish you only the best in your position - as is it a thankless one as you shall soon see.
