Timberlin Parc Homeowners Association

Vagrant living in van at 7745 Spindletree Ct

Posted in: Timberlin Parc

We need a strategy to deal with this.  The police and the homeowners association won't do anything about it.  The home is going into for-closure.  It is in what is called pre for-closure meaning they are trying to short sale the home before it is for-closed on.  Bank of America holds the mortgage and the owner is/was Thomas F Coughlin.  Anyone have any ideas other than keep calling the police?

What exactly is the police response to this complaint? What does our Homeowners Assocation say about this? Bank of America?

This guy walks around the neighborhood all day long and takes his showers at the pool. It is only a matter of time until houses start getting broken into and children start being pestered at the bus stop. The homeowners association loves to send me letters requiring me to spend thousands of dollars on my lawn, put my garbage cans in the garage, don't park my boat in the driveway and paint my mail box pole but they have no problem allowing a homeless center being set up in the middle of the neighbor at the nicest house on the street. If they want this guy living in his van in an abandoned driveway at least charge him the assocation fee and make him wash his van. Where can I sign up to live here without paying the fee?

I guess it is going to take torches and pitchforks to get this guy out of here.

The neighborhood watch program and the police have successfully removed him from the property.  If you see him around again, the police have asked that they be called.

We had a lot of trouble getting anyone to to do anything (BCM, police, bank).  It took persistance and an officer who went out of his way to make this happen.

Yeah Good Job! I guess we can put the torches and pitchforks away for now. Wink

I did see the guy wondering around the Target Parking Lot this afternoon but no sign of his van (Silver Pontiac Montana) anywhere.

We will all need to keep a eye on the the ever increasing number of empty homes in the neighborhood.
