Update to our Bum Problem.

Saw this same guy hanging out in front of Target last night and walking over to Border's this afternoon.

So he is still in the area. He must of found a different parking place around here somewhere. Be on the lookout for his Silver Pontiac Montana Van.

For some reason he likes this area.

He is like cinch bugs you just can't get rid of him.

If anyone in here is interested, this guy is now living in his grey van in the parking lot of our HOME DEPOT.  He is parked in the far lane under a tree.  If you go over there about 8 in the morning you will see him leaving his home on wheels.  I think with what has just happened in Orange Park to that sweet little girl, that Home Depot and the area business should police there parking lots and not allow this to be going on.

His tag is not currect, ran out Aug 2009, the police can have it removed because of this old tag.  A check of the Jax records, show he has no license to drive, he had it taken away for some reason.

I have no children living with me, but if I did, I would be up in arms after the OP girl. 

Plus all of us women need to be extra careful at our local stores.

The Bum is still hanging around I have seen him at the Avenues Mall just hanging out in the food court, sitting on the front bench at Target, and walking by Borders all this week. I will check to see if his van is still at Home Depot Monday. I was wondering where he was keeping it.
