I Called the city of Milford again. Lacrosse has stated that they are not going to fill the lots until the homes are sold. My lot will continue to see run-off from this situation. I have left a message at the model home that if there is not dirt in my back yard by 12:00 tomorrow, Wed, then I am going to write letters to the editor (It would not be my first against Lacrosse) and sit outside the model home and walk prospective customers to my lot and my neighbors, which looks like a cobblestone road.

Garry said last week as soon as it is dry they would bring the dirt...not only are the lots dry, they are overgrown and unable to be mowed. This is a huge problem and I will have it fixed ....

I will go in that model home and scream until I am taken out in hadcuffs...i don't give a sh**. I am tired of Lacrosse lying to me and getting away with the B.S. they get away with.

No more friendly dispute resolution.

Rob,

I am calling Irv Ambrose after I post this.  He wanted to be kept informed.  I forgot to contact him Thursday.  Bogged down with work.  Keep in mind tat Lacrosse home does not own the lots.  Kroll and Son does.  Lacrosse homes is only the builder.  They sell the homes not the lots.

Regardless of who owns these lots,

#1  I bought my home from Lacrosse....and my lot is getting the run-off. I hold Lacrosse responsible for the grading of my lot because my contract was with them.

#2 Gary lied to me about when the dirt was coming. Lying makes me angry.

#3 Someone needs to mow these lots and maintain them...I have only seen Gary and his little ruffians weedwhacking so I assume they have some type of agreement with the lot owners as far as maintaining them.

Let me know what you hear. I am interested in the actions; or lack of actions, Milford is willing to take in this situation.

I will also take your advice and contact Kroll and see what they say. First by phone then by certified mail.

I advised my neighbor that she should pick up all the rocks in her yard and dump them at the front door of the model....it will be a riot if she acts on my advice!

Thanks Again!

Contact Kroll, and if you get anywhere please let us know.  The important thing is to go about this with a level head on your shoulder.  If you go about it yelling and shouting, it will not look good on you or the community.

I have emailed Kroll about this and heard nothing back.  This is the way it seems to be with them.

Kroll needs to be the one out here to mow down the lots and to add clean fill.

Lacrosse should be interested if they want to sell the lots to build houses on, especially with the housing downturn.

My fear is that if we push and go nasty on either, then nothing will get done.

We shall see at the meeting in a couple of weeks.
