Saw al the dirt piles. Hope they start spreading it today before the rain tomorrow. At least it is finally getting done. Slowly but surely |

I am still upset. The dirt they brought has chunks of road, glass, metal pipes and trash all in it. My kids play in my backyard and they spread it on the back corner that has flooding.
I still had flooding after this rain today, they leveled the lady behind us' yard higher than ours so now we get all the run-off. I am calling DNREC Monday morning. I am also sending a certified letter to Milford, DNREC, and Lacrosse (Lindsey) expressing my discontent on this matter, demanding a resolution, and suggesting fines for Lacrosse homes lack of concern and shoddy work.
The first time one of my boys steps on glass I am raking all the rocks and trash up, putting it in a wheelbarrow and spreading it on the model homes front yard to show a true representation to prospective home buyers.
I am hoping they do not think they are done...so at this time a small "benefit of a doubt" is being held to them....but I think DNREC needs to be involved for the safety and appearance of the neighborhood regardless.
Do you think a HOA is going to help clear up any of these types of situations with the builder and the homeowners?
