Irv Ambrose called me last night, after the town council meeting. It was discussed at the meeting and he has told the town to stay on top of it and instructed me to call him with updates. He too thinks that Lacrosse homes may be telling them stuff to keep from doing the work. He wants to try and do this diplomatically, but he has told me that it will probably lead to fines and the town maintaining the properties and billing the lot owner. The concern he has is that their lawn equipment migh get destroyed cutting a construction lot filled with stone, debris etc.
The town is on top of it and all over Lacrosse Homes. I have told them that Kroll owns the property, but Garry is supposed to be handling it. I know it is tough, but be patient. I will call Irv again next week to update him. I for one think it is time we are skeptical with Lacrosse homes and not believe everything they say in meetings. I have been in this position before and Lacrosse seems to have all the answers we want to hear, but we do not see action on those answers.
Emailing Kroll or Lacrosse Homes is useless and has been from day one. This is why I have decided to go directly to the town
