Adjacent to The Intercoastal Waterway, adjacent to the beautiful city of New Smyrna Beach, 10 to 20 minutes south of Port Orange and Daytona, 35 minutes north of Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center, 1 hour from Orlando/Disneyworld.
The Village Green Townhouse Community is a small complex of 45 individually owned, 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath units that sits nestled under Live Oaks just 2 blocks off Hwy 1 (Ridgewood Ave.), on the north end of town.
