If you have specific proof where I personnally libeled you than I encourage you to bring it forward. Mr. Watkins will have to defend himself.

I did not libel you and your claims were dismissed by the Ohio Board of Elections. They looked at your ''evidence'' and found no cause. These lies you continue to spread to this day even though they have been reviewed and dismissed by the government agencies.

I provided all documented proof to the residents concerning your candidacy for Mayor in the Village. I provided residents your voting record, your statements, and a record of your actions. If you have something specific where I libeled you than I again encourage you to bring it forward with your proof. I will only defend my actions. Others will have to speak for themselves.

The Ohio Election Commission as the State Auditor is not law enforcement.

I did not have the money to follow up in court. That is what you always counted on.

It is libel and slander to accuse someone of theft and other things. I don't know what your definition is. You posted the O.R.C concerning false statement against an opponant in order to win yourself. I think you should read that Code again and then state why if I was all that, why you and Watkins did not file criminal complaints against me.

People will wonder why you supported Watkins. Would you rather admit your mistake now or wait until you are on the witness stand? I don't intend to overlook inappropriate behavior from anyone.
