Our History
Welcome to the Westwind Block Watch website.
The Westwind Block Watch was officially formed on February 28, 2011. Prior to that several neighbors were concerned about the increase of crime in our neighborhood. They talked to other neighbors and learned alot of neighbors were unaware of some of the things occurring. Interest quickly grew and several neighbors volunteered to assist in the effort to deter crime in our neighborhood by serving as Captains of the Block Watch Group. The group met on February 28th and committed to detering crime in Westwind.
Through communication and education we have successfully made our neighborhood a safer place to live. Our neighborhood is a fun, beautiful place to call home and we want to keep it that way.
