That quite by laryl was exactly FIVE MONTHS AGO, but apparently funding has not yet been approved for this Public Safety necessity (Neighborhood Watch is a Public Safety necessity, is it not?). How much Public Money has the Beautification Committee spent during that five months? Now just in case I missed them and you have erected all eight of the Neighborhood Watch signs, I bite my tongue.
