A democracy is based on an informed constituency. We are not informed on the issue of how OUR TAX MONEY is going to be spent because our own Mayor/City Commission/City Clerk (somebody) have (has) chosen to NOT perform a very simple little task and post the PROPOSED 2011-12 Budget on this site. For the life of me, I can not understand why.
Reverend Odom-Groh, do we not have a right to see the ENTIRE proposed budget BEFORE it become law?
