My take on four way stops on Chadwick?

As I enter and exit on Bellemeade road it dosn't matter what they do on Chadwick. I guess if residents there ask for them it is OK with me. Just as long as they don't put any more speed humps on Bellemeade.

The Bellemeade exit/entrance is much closer to me too, but I find it easier to get onto Shelbyville Road at the Moorgate exit by getting on North Chadwick from Southampton.  As a result, I have daily first-hand knowledge about the speeding situation on Chadwick.  I am surprised the situation has gone unresloved for such a long time.

 If the city can't afford two more speed humps and it is too expensive to contract for police enforcement how can they appropriate more money for the Beautification Comm.??   Maybe a poll on how many residents are in favor of the tree planting  on private property.  How much is being allocated  for the  Beutification Comm. We probably won't know until it is voted in.

I have asked the Commonwealth OAG for an opinion.  You can bet they will have the room filled with supporters at the meeting so they can say it was done in open meeting  and, of course, we will not know when because they do not post an agenda in adavance as is required by law.
