I am personaly not interested in giving any more money to the HOA for anything. Did you ever check into the water from the canal???????

When I posed this idea to Castlegate, it was more of a "get information" to see if it would be feasible to even consider drilling a well.  Castlegate has done a GREAT job at getting information and bids now as well.  Water in our community is one of the largest expenses we have, remember not only do we pay for the water but we also pay for the sewer (based on how much water is being sprinkeled on the grass) and (what is it called) the water recovery.  I am a bit concerned about a retaining pond, thinking of liaibility and mosquitoes.  Can you imagine not having to pay $155,000.00 per year for water.  Granted our electric will go up and so will maintenace for the pumps, but I think overall it will be a good thing.

Thanks all your hard work already.
