Where are the Landscapers?

Posted in: Castlegate

If I'm not mistaken there was an HOA meeting held in between the normal monthly HOA meetings to discuss this and this only so it got quite a bit of attention.  I'm 99% sure I remember seeing signs posted on the mailboxes regarding this quite a few months ago and it was open to everyone in the community to attend it and give their opinions.

I knew if I brought this up I would be reminded of  "meetings".  I work 2nd shift and cannot attend meetings.  I could take the day off only to have the meeting canceled for one reason or another.  $50 a month for trash service is quite pricey.  Hopefully the landscaping service will restored SOON.  This subdivision is an embarrassment at best.

Rosewood, I wasn't speaking of you, or anyone really I was just saying in general.  I work nights too and so does my husband so I understand the "night shift" issues.  Was just pointing it out for others reading.  Also keep in mind the $50 goes for the managment company, electricity, paying for the HOA monthly meeting place (the school), as well as other things and not just trash service.  It's also being used to build up a buffer as no HOA should be broke or living "paycheck to paycheck" so to speak.

Glitterynutmeg, I didn't take what you said personal.  Sometimes however I think meetings are brought up as a diversion from the real issue.  If we aren't going to have landscaping service maybe it would be better to keep the lights off!
