I can see you have no knowledge about marketing.

Any realtor can take any house, but if they don't sell it they get NOTHING!!!!!

Wake up.

You seem to only reply to things you can twist in your pea brain.

I wanted to list my house last year. The first thing the realtor said was make it presentable, especially from the outside.

Now pea brain, If I was a realtor and had the potential of making 3% of $250,000= $7500.00, I might make a business decision to invest $50.00 in lawn care.

They can take the house to sell but they have to sell it stupid.
I have my mind

The realtors that have listed these houses listed these houses before winter was over. Grass was not growing and neither were the weeds. The house did not sell during the winter as well as many fine homes that do not have weeds. Talk about insulting others. Learn to do a timeframe. I am not going to think a realtor is hardup because a house has weeds and they listed it, especially since most of these homes did not have weeds when listed. I do not have a one track mind that sees things only in black and white as you obviously do. I feel sorry for the realtors right now unless they are representing the buyer because this is definitely a buyer's market, not a seller's market. The homes you are referring to need more than $50 in weed care to kill those weeds. It will take multiple applications to kill them at this point. I know you do not tell your clients 'We should not look at this house because it has weeds.' If that were the only item that needed help in a home when I bought it, I would be thrilled.'
Buyers market

Marketing 101:

If it is a buyers market, and you are faced with the fact that what you are selling has to appeal to the buyer in order for them take interest, you must do what it takes to present a product that catches the buyers interest.

A well maintained home ( including the exterior ) assures the buyer that the person who lived there took care of the property. It may not drive the sale, but it sure can get the attention of the buyer to take the next step.

With so many houses for sale, it only makes sense. Did you ever hear of ''curb appeal''?

1. Im not selling my house for at least 20 years.

2. You can call me a slob, pig, or every name in the book, but on the weekends Ill be out on my boat fishing, enjoying my life. While you people are at home working in your yards for curb appeal and worry what your neighbors think of you. (BIG DEAL)

3. The bottom line is there is nothing anybody can do to me about my yard!!!

4. You people can talk about me as much as you want but it will not accomplish anything........
