Sunrise At College Park

What was done in this neighborhood was nothing less that ''terrorism'' by a handful of vigilante homeonwers.

Although I was not active in the community meetings, I did keep an informed ear on what was going on.

I saw nothing wrong with what the board was doing, and in fact, felt that this years board had done more to help the community than any other one previously.

It seems to me that some former board members got together and started spreading lies to the homeowners around here, and those that didn't know any better, chose to believe these lies.

This new committee should be ashamed of themselves and the way they have handled things, and I really believe that NONE of them deserve to be on a new HOA board.

I work 2 jobs and don't have the time to be a board member, but I hope that those of you that do, will run for the new positions.

I heard that Mr Pawlick and Mr Staples and Mr Bonomi were threatening to take over the board, and actually threatened the old board to resign or be thrown out. I also heard that they all felt that the board for the last two years had been horrible. Since they feel that way, then there should be NO prior board members allowed on the new board, and I for one will not be voting for anyone that has been on a prior board.

New blood is what is needed.

It is a sad day of affairs that you must remain anonymous.
Who could possibly have terrorized you that way? Must have been prior board members.

The prior board was NOT even close to anything that would represent our community. Maybe you should attend meetings, and/or get involved, because your letter clearly shows that you have either been asleep, in a coma, dead, or listening to our prior board members.

Get a grip!! Anonymous, a new day is dawning, and terrorism is OUT. We made them resign once and for all.

You are not signing your name either, so does that make you any better or worse? The first poster had some good points - you have nothing.

Don't you think it's strange that as soon as the new board is elected (those mentioned in the first message) both gates are broken, probably by some vandal, and they still aren't fixed? What good is this new board?

The pool is freezing, the gates are broken, parking on the streets is again a major problem, and people are leaving trash cans out for days.

I don't see this as an improvement at all!!

And.. where are our newsletters?

Also, how did two people from the same family get elected board members? Isn't it suppose to be ONE VOTE PER HOUSE? This seems fishy to me!
