Welcome to Western Hills West!

Western Hills West is located in southwest Hartford, WI. We are within walking distance of Downtown Hartford, Lincoln Elementary, Union High School and Veterans Park and Pool. Western Hills West includes Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, & Phase IV. Please see the Pages & Links page for a map of our subdivision.

Results of our subdivision vote held at our November 6th Meeting:

Proposal 1: 34 votes. Proposal 2: 3 votes. Proposal 3: 3 votes.

Proposal 1 passes. There will be no change to the HOA covenants. If you have any questions on this vote please contact the HOA Committee by emailing us.

Winter parking restrictions are in effect from December 1st - March 31st.

Reminder: HOA Dues are due on April 1, 2025.
