Imagine a 4-Way STOP at the two places Dorchester and Southampton intersect North Chadwick Road. Would that slow down speeders? Other than that how could two more 4-way stops on North Chadwick Road be justified/?

I think it would give speeders one more obsticle and give them no choice but to slow down, so I think stop signd are a great idea. |
